Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, has unveiled its 2018 list of the 100 most influential European staffing leaders. This list recognizes a diverse group of individuals and lauds them for their role in taking the industry forward.
Comprised of executives from across the industry, SIA compiles the list based on the impact and influence individuals have had on the workforce solutions ecosystem, be it through growth, vision, innovation, legislation, … . A real spotlight on the pioneers who shape the future of this sector on a daily basis.
This year, Jérôme Rieux, CEO of the Adéquat Group, is being honoured among these 100 leaders.
Jérôme Rieux joined Groupe Adéquat as Sales Director in 2005 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2016.
Last year marked the beginning of Groupe Adéquat’s powerful development abroad with the acquisition and integration of three recruitment companies in 13 months – Totem in Canada, Sigmar in Ireland and Connect in the Netherlands – of which Jérôme Rieux is also Chairman.
In 2018, the independent company generated a turnover of €1 billion and ranked 38th on the list of the world’s largest companies in the recruitment sector (according to SIA).
