Groupe Adéquat (temporary work, recruitment and HR consulting / 2018 sales projection: €1 billion) makes 2 international investments in a few weeks by integrating the Irish recruitment consulting firm Sigmar Recruitment and the Canadian Totem into its brand portfolio! This double achievement is the starting point of a project to develop the Adequate Group in about ten countries over the next five years.
Groupe Adéquat confirms its international ambition by acquiring 2 brands in a few weeks with a strong reputation in their market: Sigmar Recruitment (Ireland) and Totem (Canada). These two operations mark the beginning of an important development phase for the Groupe, which claims to want to join the top 25 global companies by opening a dozen new countries within 5 years.
“The integration of Sigmar and Totem into the Groupe Adéquat’s brand portfolio is in line with our ambition for international development,” said Philippe Guichard, Chairman of the Management Board. “We have chosen to rely on brands that are established and legitimate in their markets to accelerate this development. In this sense, Sigmar and Totem were, for different reasons, ideal encounters,” he continues.
