It is with the strong intention of creating an innovative training and integration hub that Tony Parker, Nicolas Battum and Gaëtan Muller created the Tony Parker Adéquat Academy. Their ambition: to propose a training model based on passion, studies and employment.
Groupe Adéquat, guarantor of the professional support of the Academy’s students
Groupe Adéquat immediately joined this visionary project with the desire to involve all its brands in the transformation of the world of training and employment. The idea: to create an HR Lab within the Academy itself to offer these young people daily support on the theme of professional integration. This Lab’ will operate all the group’s brands in order to offer a wide range of careers to the wide variety of profiles that will join the ranks of the Academy.
A stronger Academy with the arrival of LDLC as a new partner
In order to fight the drop-out of some top e-sport players, LDLC has chosen to join the Academy’s innovative format to propose a brand new concept of sports-study. Focused on the passion of these players, this latest program will offer a unique training format that allows young people to continue their passion while ensuring a sustainable professional future.
An initiative welcomed by Groupe Adéquat, which will now support students of all levels and ages with various passions revolving around sports, a subject dear to all of the group’s employees!
