With 30 branches and 220 employees across Italy, AxL offers recruitment, temporary employment, training, legal assistance, career counseling, outplacement, and professional relocation services. AxL’s HR solutions are tailored through collaboration with client companies.
In 2023, AxL earned multiple Great Place to Work certifications (Best Workplaces, 4th place in the ranking among companies with 150 to 499 employees; Best Workplaces for Women, Best Workplaces for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion); and a Gender Equality certification. Since 2019, it has participated in the Work Health Program and is recognized by Cribis Prime Company for high economic reliability.
Founded in 2015, AxL Formazione is a training and consultancy company offering services for individual and corporate training, organizational process analysis, and well-being projects. Its mission is to support professional growth through tailored counselling and coaching. Known for its immersive and engaging learning approach, the company promotes continuous improvement. AxL Formazione, with offices in Bonate Sotto, Milan, and Cesena, achieved Gender Equality Certification in 2023 and participates in local sustainability projects.
Job Centre, established 2002, is a training agency based in Padua and accredited by the Veneto Region (North-East Italy) for lifelong learning, higher education and employment services. It specialises in the following areas: Search and Selection; Training and counselling: Targeted placement; and Active Employment Policies for unemployed people, young not engaged in education, employment or training (NEET), people with disabilities and vulnerabilities.
Founded in 1999, Unilinea specializes in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services, initially in the banking and financial sector, and later expanding to energy, real estate, and multi-utilities. With over 60 employees, it serves as a key partner for major institutions in banking, finance, and insurance. Unilinea’s client-centric approach emphasizes data sensitivity and partnership, helping companies optimize core business processes by reducing non-strategic efforts. The company has offices in Milan and Turin. In 2024, Unilinea achieved Gender Equality Certification.
