Groupe Adéquat Becomes a Patron of the “Les entreprises s’engagent” Community

On Thursday, June 20, 2024,  gathered at CESE in Paris during the annual general assembly of the Patrons Association of the “Les entreprises s’engagent” Community, Groupe Adéquat and the Association signed a partnership to commit the group and its subsidiaries to support the Community and its actions in favor of a more inclusive society and a sustainable world.

The “Les entreprises s’engagent” Community is delighted to welcome Groupe Adéquat as a member of the Patrons Association, one of the constitutive members of the Public Interest Group alongside the State, represented by the Ministry of Labor, Health, and Solidarity, and France Travail.

Thanks to this patronage, Groupe Adéquat joins a unique coalition between the State, thirty other committed companies, and all stakeholders to further engage its enterprise by positively contributing to major social, societal, and environmental challenges in collaboration with public authorities.

Groupe Adéquat has chosen to commit to supporting positive local initiatives bringing together public and private actors in the territories. Its objective is to encourage the freedom of action of each individual, based on the three pillars of its CSR policy:
People: with an objective of inclusion and fulfillment in employment for all;
Planet: with an objective of reducing our ecological footprint;
Society: with an objective of developing local partnerships between the company, associations, and public authorities.

Groupe Adéquat’s commitments are based on closer ties between the company and the worlds of education, culture, health, and sports. The actions carried out by its teams cover a wide variety of themes: access to employment for people of all ages; employment of people with disabilities; feminization of professions and the fight against gender stereotypes; and employment integration of refugees.

Arnaud Brun, Chairman of the Supervisory Board comments: “I am happy to support the ‘Les entreprises s’engagent’ community because it embodies the values of Groupe Adéquat. As a family-owned and independent employment company, we strive to build relationships of trust and proximity with each of our public and private partners. This community is also a great way to take action! Commitments are not just words: they depend on people ready to work together, in each territory, to build a fairer society and a sustainable world.”

Sylvie Jéhanno, Chairwoman and CEO of Dalkia and Co-President of the “Les entreprises s’engagent” Community comments: “It is thanks to the patrons of the ‘Les entreprises s’engagent’ Community, thanks to Groupe Adéquat today, that we will be able to experiment tomorrow with new collaboration between the State and companies, that we can reconcile these two public-private worlds around major actions for ever greater impact. By becoming a patron, Groupe Adéquat shows its desire to go ever further in social and environmental commitment alongside us.”
