📅8️⃣🌷👩 Here’s a snapshot of how some of our teams across Groupe Adéquat marked International Women’s Day this year:
France & Belgium – Adéquat Interim & Recrutement and Skillflex launched the “Our Jobs Have No Gender” campaign, reinforcing our commitment to diverse opportunities across all professions. Adéquat is also hosting discovery mornings at Renault Trucks (Blainville) to encourage more women to pursue careers in the industrial sector.
France – Adsearch demonstrated solidarity by supporting CARE France, an organization dedicated to combating poverty and promoting women’s rights in over 100 countries. Through our team’s efforts, we contributed €3,500 to support their impactful projects.
UK – Gaëlle Blake, UK Managing Director, spoke at the Forum for the Built Environment on the importance of speaking up against inequalities regardless of gender.
Ireland – Sigmar Recruitment hosted a panel discussion, Embracing Inclusion, at the Talent Summit, addressing key challenges and opportunities in fostering workplace diversity.
Italy – AxL released the results of their survey, Women and Work: Our Investigation for a More Inclusive Future, highlighting key insights into gender dynamics in the labor market.
