The independent French Groupe Adéquat, which specialises in temporary employment, recruitment and HR consultancy and has a turnover of one billion euros, is continuing to expand its external growth and expertise in northern Europe (Belgium, the Netherlands and Ireland) and in Canada with the acquisition of a network of high-profile companies.
Today, this development is continuing in Quebec thanks to the merger of Totem Recruitment (acquired by the group in 2017) with Bray, Larouche & Associates, a company with 30 years of experience and specialised in recruitment in the administrative sector.
Quebec clients will benefit from a global and personalised recruitment service, built around 7 divisions (accounting, legal, insurance, administration, human resources, construction, purchasing and logistics). Both companies share the same values. All the staff will be retained, as well as the two historical brands.
