Groupe Adéquat announces the acquisition of the Dutch company CONNECT and thereby consolidates its position in the top 50 companies worldwide in the global human resources market.
Groupe Adéquat is glad to announce the acquisition of CONNECT, a Dutch company founded in 1992 by Marc Meijer. Specialised in temporary employment in highly technical fields in the high-tech industry (aeronautics, automotive, shipbuilding, agri-food, mechanical engineering) and construction, CONNECT currently employs 30 people in 10 offices and has a turnover of €22 million. In 2010 CONNECT created ZZP SERVICE, a company which provides solutions exclusively for freelancers and self-employed.
For Groupe Adéquat, the arrival on the Dutch market is perfectly in line with the plans announced in 2018 with the acquisition of the Irish SIGMAR and the Canadian TOTEM: to expand in 10 countries over the next 5 years and to eventually enter the top 25 global companies on the market. In fact, this is the third international acquisition in less than 18 months for the company founded in Lyon in 1987 by the entrepreneur Jean-Marc Brun. Thanks to this acquisition, Groupe Adéquat is entering a new market (after Belgium, Ireland and Canada) and not the least since the Dutch market is the 7th largest in the world.

For CONNECT, the merger with Groupe Adéquat will allow it to accelerate its growth thanks to additional resources while preserving what has made the brand successful since its creation; in fact, the ambition of CONNECT is to strengthen its position on the Dutch labor market and to strategically expand it.
