Groupe Adéquat is excited to announce its acquisition of Italian HR Services company AxL Group. This acquisition, the largest in Groupe Adéquat’s history, marks a significant milestone in the group’s broader strategy to establish a strong presence in key markets and offer tailored recruitment solutions that meet the evolving needs of businesses and jobseekers alike.
Founded in 2004 by the Rosolen family, AxL Group has grown to become one of the top 25 HR services companies in Italy. With over thirty offices, AxL Group has been a pioneer in providing innovative HR solutions across the country. Massimo Rosolen, representing the second generation of the family, has been instrumental in steering the company towards sustainable growth and success. The AxL Group, comprising AxL, AxL Formazione, Job Centre, and Unilinéa, employs 300 staff and over 10 000 temporary workers each day.
AxL Group joins Groupe Adéquat’s extensive network of 1900 employees across France, Belgium, Ireland, The Netherlands, Canada and now Italy. This acquisition strengthens Groupe Adéquat’s service offerings and provides robust HR solutions to a broader clientele.
