Corporate Social Responsibility Report 2023

At Groupe Adéquat, our commitment to social responsibility spans across the globe, impacting communities, workforces, and the environment in multiple countries. Our CSR strategy is designed to create a positive impact through three main pillars: fostering inclusive employment and community engagement, reducing environmental impact, and building a fairer global society.

1. Fostering Inclusive Employment and Community Engagement Worldwide

Empowering Workers Across Borders: In 2023, we helped over 200,000 individuals secure temporary and permanent work opportunities through our network across seven countries. Our inclusive hiring practices welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, with more than 150 nationalities represented within our workforce.

Youth Employment and Development: Groupe Adéquat supports young people entering the workforce by partnering with local employment agencies and organizations in each country. Our efforts enable youth to overcome barriers and gain valuable work experience, contributing to economic growth and social cohesion on a global scale.

Community Partnerships: We actively support local organizations that promote social inclusion, sports, and cultural engagement. Through initiatives like the Tony Parker Adéquat Academy and the Adéquat Challenge Tour, we create unique recruitment experiences that bridge the worlds of youth, business, and sports, generating over 1,000 company-youth engagements across multiple countries.

Promoting Diversity and Equal Opportunity: We prioritize diversity and gender balance within traditionally underrepresented sectors. Our international campaigns, such as “Our Jobs Have No Gender,” advocate for gender diversity in workplaces globally, reflecting our commitment to challenging stereotypes and supporting equal opportunities.

2. Reducing Environmental Impact Globally

Carbon Footprint Reduction: Groupe Adéquat is dedicated to a sustainable future with a goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions intensity by 30% by 2030. We conduct detailed carbon assessments across all our international branches to identify and reduce emissions at every level of our operations.

Sustainable Energy and Green Building Initiatives: In each country, our offices transition to renewable energy sources as new locations open, with 30 sites already running on 100% renewable energy. By 2025, all our offices globally will have transitioned to LED lighting to further decrease energy consumption.

Eco-Friendly Mobility Solutions: We encourage sustainable commuting options through initiatives like our “Soft Mobility Kit,” which promotes cycling and carpooling, tailored to each location. Additionally, we prioritize train travel over flights wherever feasible, contributing to greener, more efficient business travel practices.

3. Global Standards for Ethics and Integrity

Commitment to Human Rights: Across all our markets, we adhere to the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, ensuring equality, respect, and fair treatment in the workplace. We are dedicated to providing employment opportunities based solely on professional skills, fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all.

Data Protection and Transparency: Groupe Adéquat complies with global data privacy standards, including GDPR in Europe, ensuring personal data security for both permanent and temporary staff. Our Code of Ethics and e-learning modules emphasize anti-corruption and ethical practices in all regions.

At Groupe Adéquat, we are dedicated to driving positive change, contributing to sustainable practices, and fostering inclusivity worldwide. Our CSR initiatives reflect our belief in a globally responsible business model that empowers people, communities, and the planet.
