Following on from 8 March, International Women’s Day, Arnaud Brun, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Groupe Adéquat, presents our commitments to gender equality in the workplace.
Throughout the month of March, we will present our actions to:
– Act together to promote gender diversity in sectors where women are still under-represented;
– Fight against gender stereotypes in the world of work;
– Promote gender parity within the company’s strategic management bodies.
With Adéquat Interim & Recrutement, a brand of the Group Adéquat , we decided this year to promote for diversity in professions and the fight against gender stereotypes, by offering our clients the opportunity to recruit female talent for a position that has never been occupied by a woman. In 2024, let’s be proud to remember that no, “Our jobs (still) have no gender!”
As part of International Women’s Day, Adsearch made a donation to the CARE France association, which works to defend women’s rights around the world. This donation of €3,500 was collected thanks to our employees who took part in a business development day dedicated to their “childhood dreams”!
